Thinking about painting? Try a sustainable option– upcycled paint! Almost every room we spend time in is painted, but we rarely consider where this paint comes from, and where it goes when we no longer want it. The EPA estimates that as much as 16% of all purchased paint is thrown away. With paint containing many potentially hazardous compounds, unwanted paint is a serious problem for the waste stream. Luckily, Bellingham has better options for unwanted paint.
