Recovery 1 is a resource recovery, recycling & research facility dedicated to developing sustainable waste management systems. The eco-friendly processes developed by Recovery 1 have enabled contractors to achieve their waste recycling goals.  Detailed monthly reports are generated to aid contractors with their recycling documentation requirements.

Method Homes is committed to sustainable design and construction. Their factory built prefab homes reduce construction waste generated to less than 10 percent of materials used, compared to 30 percent common in site-built construction. This, in conjunction with enhanced insulation, solar options, and energy star appliances ensure Method Homes are energy efficient and will save the owner money. Method Homes provide fresh indoor air to inhabitants by offering radiant heat, increased ventilation, and eliminating VOC finishes and other harmful chemicals. J.A.S. is a residential design-build company located in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle.  Since the company was established in 1992, our goal has been to design and build quality custom projects.  We use many traditional construction methods and durable materials because we believe that projects should be designed and built to last for years.  We enjoy incorporating salvage materials where appropriate to add character, texture, and history to a project.

Sunshine Construction
Sunshine Construction, LLC de-constructs and salvages most all possible materaisl that can be on its jobs. Many of those materials are donated to the ReStore. On projects that include de-constructing an entire house are sub-contracted to the ReStore for that service. Susnhine Construction LLC makes extensive use of salvaged materials on its job, many of which are purchased at the ReStore.  They include framing lumber, trim materials, doors, wood flooring, bleacher boards, cabinets, plumbing fixtures and hardware.
